NBLSA is Pleased to Announce its 2011-2012 Pre-Law Fellows Class

The National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA) is pleased to announce the 2011-2012 NBLSA Fellows Program. Since 1968, NBLSA has worked to foster careers of civic engagement and excellence for black law students by providing its members with opportunities and resources to exceed during law school. Today, NBLSA's programming includes educational and professional development, college student pre-law pipeline initiatives, advocacy competitions, domestic and international community service, and raising awareness of social justice issues.

The NBLSA Fellows Program provides students with a unique opportunity to gain non-profit experience and work with NBLSA national and regional leaders. The NBLSA Fellow is an unpaid, volunteer position designed to help increase NBLSA's impact while offering students pre-law mentorship and an incredible insider experience at the nation's largest student-run organization.

NBLSA Fellows will work directly with NBLSA officers and staff on organizational management and civil justice issues including our voter protection, juvenile and criminal justice, and international relief efforts. The NBLSA Fellows program provides fellows with a rewarding non-profit experience, unparalleled networking opportunities, and meaningful mentorship from students at the nation's best law schools. The NBLSA Fellows will also have the opportunity to attend the 44th Annual National Convention in Washington, DC from March 7-11, 2012.
