NBLSA is very fortunate to receive the support of alumni, friends, and other diversity leaders. Our success would not be possible without their commitment of energy, resources, and expertise. Volunteers serve as competition judges, mentors, panelists, and National Board advisors. Volunteers have had rewarding experiences as a result of these connections.
