Plenary Rules of Procedure

The purpose of the plenary sessions during the National Convention is to draw together NBLSA members to consider issues of importance to the organization. The plenary sessions allow members to engage in fruitful conversations about the business of NBLSA, and are designed to give members an opportunity to provide input, engage each other with issues and contribute to debate. Below you will find the procedural rules that govern the plenary sessions. Each participating chapter should review them prior to attendance.
