The National Constitution and Bylaws Amendment Form is available! If you or your chapter would like to propose an amendment or resolution to the National Constitution and Bylaws please fill out and submit the below form to Parliamentarian@nblsa.org.

Completed forms must be submitted on or before February 18, 2013. No amendments will be taken during plenary session at the National Convention.

The following are distributing guidelines and procedures governing the manner in which proposed constitutional and bylaw amendments are to be structured, written, submitted, and distributed. Any submissions that do not conform to the following guidelines will not be accepted.
