NBLSA Joins LDF and Racial Justice Project in Amicus Curiae brief to U.S. Supreme Court

Fisher v. University of Texas-Austin will decide whether the Court's decisions interpreting the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, including Grutter v. Bollinger, permit the University of Texas at Austin's use of race in undergraduate admissions. The National Black Law Students Association joins the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund (LDF) and New York Law School's Racial Justice Project in Amicus Curiae brief to U.S. Supreme Court for this case.
