Dear NBLSA Members,

I am extremely honored to serve as the 2012-2013 National Director of the Pre-Law Division. The Pre-Law Division is a component of NBLSA which was created in an effort to advocate for and cultivate the next generation of lawyers. Undergraduate students and college graduates who become members will be informed of the law school application process and life as a lawyer. In addition, in our effort to cultivate, we will inform members about the practice of law as well as other relevant areas that concern a law degree. We have a lot of exciting programs and initiatives planned for this year. Please continue to check back for updates.

Undergraduates may join the Pre-Law Division as members of their undergraduate local chapters or as general members. General membership is available for those individuals who attend institutions which are unable to sustain a Pre-Law Division chapter for various reasons. The Pre-Law Division strongly encourages all BLSA chapters located on campuses without Pre-Law Division chapters to assist the Pre-Law Division in garnering undergraduate interest. Membership application materials are available online, through the Regional Pre-Law Division Directors, and through the National Director of the Pre-Law Division.
